With the dirt work completed, the sports complex is ready for the next phase of construction.

Construction is underway on Nebraska Wesleyan's new baseball and softball fields. In a public-private partnership with Sandhills Global Youth Complex, NWU will have dedicated championship fields at the new youth baseball and softball complex near downtown Lincoln with opening games slated for Spring 2025.

The new home for NWU baseball and softball increases NWU’s visibility in Lincoln and as a national destination for collegiate athletes. In its prime location at the intersection of I-180 and Cornhusker Highway, Sandhills Global Youth Complex will be a game-changer. Young baseball and softball players from all over the country will see and play on the Prairie Wolves fields during national youth tournaments each summer. And, Nebraska Wesleyan coaches and players will also serve local youth by offering baseball and softball programming for young people who may not otherwise have access to the sports.

Join the Prairie Wolves lineup and support the new baseball and softball fields today. For information on the naming opportunities listed below, please contact Susy Miller at (402) 465-2188 or smiller4 [at] alexblog.net (smiller4[at]nebrwesleyan[dot]edu).
